Reffinej's birthday

Jenni's birthday is tomorrow (the 13th Feb) so, in celebration of this, she had a wee get together at her place in Pretoria yesterday. Her friend Carol made her a giant pink worm cake (as you do when you're turning 26...) It was a great day, and awesome to see the sister again.

Wedding DIY

The wedding craziness has taken over my life. I am on a permanent DIY everything wedding-related mode. It's pretty sick. ha ha Most things are done by now, except of course the last minutes jobs ie invites, menus & prgrams. One of the major tasks so far (one that I can share and not regret) is twig decorations for the flower arrangements. I cut almost 100 little butterflies out of translucent twinkly paper, and the hot glue gunned them to curly willow branches. Cool huh? Needless to say I am now a sister with a few blisters....
