Christmas @ the coast

Much to everyone's amazement, we spent Christmas at the coast with my folks.

Now, this may not sound very admirable, but that fact that "we" comprise of Michael, both his parents, his sister, my sister & me.

*phew*

It all turned out great in the end. It sped past faster than I could count the days. We all had fun. No one killed anyone.

While there we chilled on the beach, went to Ushaka Marine World, went to Crocworld, did some shopping, and even toured the Midlands on our way home....

This past weekend, Yvette was photographing "stripper Jann" (as Gary likes to call her) at her studio in downtown Melville. So, just to keep them company, Siån and I spent the day there too... It rocked!

Magic Meringe Mushrooms

Christmas day brought me a brand spanking new electric beater! Hooray!
The first attempt of baking unfortunately did not go so well - said brand spanking new beather died on me in a cloud of black smoke. A quick visit to the returns desk at Game, and I was back in action with a brand spanking newER beater! The reason for all this determination? Magic mushrooms! How cool did these meringe mushrooms come out? :0)

Little Connor Bingham

May I introduce Connor Bingham! This teeny weeney miracle was born on the 19th December 2007. We all went to visit Angelique last week to introduce ourselves to the new member of our group... and to chat in the shade on the banks of the Vaal, catch up, cool down and obviously, get that tractor started!

Old Years Eve 2006

This New Year we all bustled off to "The Texas Chansaw Massacre House" aka Tamsin's place for a shindig. The cider flowed, the braai was delicious, the lucky packets and masks a hit - all in all a fab night. The cactus even thought so and bloomed especially for us...
